Ande ki Bhurji
It often happens with us when we are in no mood to cook after a long at work. The easiest thing that comes to mind is Bhurji. Today we are talking about Egg Bhurji, which is a favourite in dinner, especially during winters or even in Breakfast. Nothing can beat the combination of bread with egg bhurji that also becomes a wholesome meal for the whole family.
If you are fond of eggs and you want to make something quick out of it, Ande ki bhurji is one of the recipes you can try out, easy yet quick. You can also make it more filling and taste yummier by adding vegetables to it.
Ingredients for egg bhurji:-
3-4 Eggs
1 big Onion finely chopped
1 Tomato, finely chopped
2-3 green chillies as per taste
1 capsicum finely chopped
1/2 cup peas
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Tsp Red chilli powder or less as per taste
Salt as per taste
½ tsp Garam masala
Tomato ketchup
kasoori methi to sprinkle
Method for Egg Bhurji:-
Take a bowl, beat the eggs using a spoon or a blender and keep aside
Now take a pan, heat it and the pour oil
Add peas first and sauté it for a few seconds. Close the lid of the pan and allow the peas to soften
Add onions & green chillies, sauté for 2 minutes
Now add capsicum and tomatoes, sauté for another 2 minutes
Add salt, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup and garam masala as per taste. Mix them well
Then add the beaten egg and keep mixing it properly until oil starts to separate
Now sprinkle kasoori methi
Serve Hot Ande ki bhurji with Bread
